TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The owner of this website is Realindulgence.com whose address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3XX.
2. The terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Realindulgence.com (the “Supplier”).
3. A binding contract will only be formed between you and Realindulgence.com, for the sale of goods, once Realindulgence.com has received and accepted your order.
4. When an order is placed and payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent out – it is at that point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5. You must check that the details on this confirmatory email are correct as soon as possible and you should print it out and keep a copy of it for your records.
6. Realindulgence.com may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
7. Realindulgence.com does not accept liability for errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products. While Realindulgence.com will try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. Realindulgence.com shall give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.
8. Realindulgence.com will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
9. Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided that no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank holidays.)
10. We aim to deliver within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock Realindulgence.com will contact you and give you the option of reconfirming the order with an alternative delivery date or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether.
11. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
12. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Realindulgence.com’s control, Realindulgence.com will inform you as soon as possible.
13. Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm. If you fail to take delivery of goods and they are returned to us then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Realindulgence.com; Realindulgence.com may:
    i. Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for redelivery; or.
    ii. Sell the goods and refund you the price of the item(s) minus the delivery charge.
14. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Delivery times are between 9:00am and 6:00pm. However, Realindulgence.com will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. These include but are not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil war, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions or any other similar events. In this case, Realindulgence.com will inform you as soon as possible.
15. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for goods received in good condition. It is your responsibility to check the conditions of the goods themselves when they are delivered. Once delivery has been signed for, you are unable to claim the goods as damaged. If you are claiming goods as damaged, all goods must be returned to Realindulgence.com for a replacement to be arranged. Until all damaged goods are returned, no replacement will be arranged.
16. All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of clause 15.
17. For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you order by 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all “in stock” orders within 24 hours, however, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
18. You undertake that all details you provide to Realindulgence.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is you own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card to order goods. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Realindulgence.com tracks the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on Realindulgence.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users in criminal activities on our website.
19. In these Terns and Conditions, “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely.
